I had a 10ml bottle of this flavoring, and once I tried it, I went for the 30ml size to make sure I had extra on hand. I may go bigger yet !!
It's great for mixing with other flavors, like fruits, and creams, and even tobacco's but I really enjoy it all by it's self at 3-4% ...Yummy
Most cinnamons are strong, sharp tasting, or "hot"
This one is very smooth, soft, and mild.
You can use it without being afraid of overdoing it or ruining a recipe.
